Rules & Publication Procedures

1. The Journal accepts research articles in Arabic & English on the following conditions:

The Research Paper should be written with sound language , considering the basis of discipline and accuracy of drawings and shapes – if they exist – and printed on computer with font (16) and Arabic traditional writing ,the pages of the research shouldn’t exceed (40) containing references and not less than (25) pages.

•The Research Paper should be original ,provided in it the conditions of the scientific research depending on common scientific and methodical origins in the writing of academic research, in the fields of administrative ,financial , economic and political sciences , social ,developmental ,educational ,studies and scientific reports on local ,Arab conferences and Media and legal conferences as well.

• Charts and timetables should be put in their right place and include the necessary illustrative titles and data , considering that the dimensions of charts and timetables don’t exceed the page size.

•The Research Article should be committed to documentation accuracy as follows:

Articles and periodicals start with the name of the author Title, Name of the Journal – Number and date of the issue – pages of the article

a- Authors’ name, book’s title, Publication place, the publisher, date and the edition.

b- All data of the books when using them for first time, and if repeated, then the author is to be mentioned, and likewise in all references..

c- Considering that the references should be at the end of the research containing a list of all references that he had referred to within the research and should be arranged alphabetically, and according to APA Style.

. The Research article shouldn’t be published before or was published with any other side and the researcher should submit a confession for that .

3. The Journal reserves its rights in producing the research and expose its titles in what appropriates with its style in publishing.

4. Make an Abstract for the article about (150 – 200 words) in Arabic & English (according to the language the research) article whereas it includes a case /problem of the research, the aim of the research Methodology of the research, the most important results and conclusions.

Make (3-5) key words directly after the Abstract.

6. Translate the title and the Abstract of the research in English if the research is in Arabic, title and Abstract in Arabic if the research is in English language in addition to translation of the key words.

7. If the Author uses data collection, instrument the researcher should present a full copy of those tools if they weren’t mentioned in the body of the research subject or the appendices.

8. An electronic copy of the research Article should be sent to the Journal e-mail.

9. Name and researcher’s scientific title, place and field of his work should appear in the first page of the research.

10. A brief CV. of the Author should be enclosed including the telephone numbers ,home & business number and fax , if available to ease communications with the researcher when necessary.

11. In case of accepting the research Article in preliminarily , it will be presented to specialist arbitrators in the field of research ,they are selected top confidentially and the name of the researcher is not shown to them or his cv. In order to let them say their views on the extent of the originality of the research ,its scientific value and the range of the researcher’s obligation with the common methodology. It is requested from the arbitrator specifying the validity of the research for publication in the magazine or not.

12.The Researcher is being notified of the acceptance of his research for publication or not within a maximum period of two months .

13. In case of having remarks by the arbitrators , should be sent to the researcher for making required amendments and to be resend to the magazine within two weeks period utmost.

14. Articles that are not accepted for publication won’t be returned to the Authors.

15. The Author(s) of the published Article will receive one copy of the Journal.

16.All The Journal copy rights are reserved by the Journal.

17. The Journal will publish Articles submitted by the teachers staff members or researchers in the university whereas researches are presented in original printed out copy by PC. Along with e. copy. Research articles must be presented on A4 of three paper copies with the specifications mentioned earlier,

ـــ Footnotes Should be written with 12 font not draft ,at Almateen writing and their numbers are put in between brackets( ) .

18 .Views came in the scientific researches published in the Journal expressed their owners’ opinions without bearing any responsibility of the Journal

19. The Editorial staff have the right to reject any article , without giving any reason.

20. Electronic issue Journal service could be provided via compact disc (CD) through the Journal website according to the price cost.

22. Research Articles are published in the Journal are based on pure scientific regulations.

Publication Fees

1- The Journal charges against the publication of The Article, the following fees:

2. article submitted by the Future University staff are published free of charge Until the third number and then apply the fees 15000 R.Y.

1. Researches sent from within the Republic of Yemen are charged 15,000 RY. and from outside Yemen cost $200.
